No promises are made that the names generated will be usable (or even readable, for that matter :) For a better list, check out the Fantasy-Sounding Names section of the DM's Assistant. This is more for fun or if you want some really way-out names that don't sound like they could ever have come from English origins. Many sound either oriental or like American indian. In short, if you find a use for it, cool! If not, consider what you paid for it. :P
